Ingredients

  • Wheat flour - 500 grams
  • Granulated sugar - 200 grams
  • Chicken eggs - 2 eggs
  • Instant yeast - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Warm water - 200 ml
  • White sesame - to taste
  • Right amount of oil

Plans

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, instant yeast, and salt until smooth. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, but not too long.
  • Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture. Mix well.
  • Pour in the warm water little by little while kneading with your hands until the dough is well blended and smooth.
  • Leave the dough in a covered container to rise for 30 minutes.
  • Take a little dough and round it. Sprinkle sesame seeds on one side. Repeat this step until the dough runs out.
  • Heat the oil on medium heat. Fry the cake until it is cooked and turns golden brown. Lift and drain.
  • Ready to be served.
  • The softness of this cake can be adjusted to taste, by increasing or decreasing the amount of warm water used.
