Guacamole Recipe
There are various types of dips for snacks, one of the healthiest is guacamole. This Mexican food made from avocado is often used as a side dish for dipping tortilla chips and nachos.
Ingredients
- Ripe avocado - 1.5 pieces
- Coriander leaves, coarsely chopped - 4 sprigs
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Lime, take the water - 1 fruit
- Onion - 1/2 piece
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Pepper - 1/4 tsp

- Cut the avocado in half, remove the seeds, dredge the flesh then mash it with the help of a fork, set aside.
- Slice the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes. Do the same with the onions, diced.
- Put in a container of tomatoes, onions, cilantro, avocado, salt, lime and pepper stir together. Serve as a dip for nachos or corn tortillas.
- Make sure to choose an avocado that is ripe just right. The easy way is to shake the avocado, if you hear the sound of seeds in the fruit, it's a sign that the avocado is ripe. In addition, ripe avocados will also feel lighter than unripe ones.
