Bakwan Noodle Recipe
Everyone's favorite fried food can be created with ingredients according to taste. If you usually use flour, you can replace it with other carbohydrate sources such as potatoes, vermicelli, misoa, macaroni, or noodles.
Ingredients
- Egg noodles - 150 grams
- Carrots, cut into matchsticks - 1 piece
- Cabbage, thinly sliced - 75 grams
- Celery leaves, thinly sliced - 1 stalk
- Green onion, thinly sliced - 1 stick
- Wheat flour - 100 grams
- Rice flour - 25 grams
- Corn flour - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 egg
- Water - 150 ml
- Oil, for frying - to taste
- Ground spices:
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Candlenut, roasted - 1 grain
- Pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp

- Boil egg noodles until cooked. Lift and drain. Cut the noodles to make them shorter.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and spices. Stir well.
- Heat a lot of oil.
- Take the dough with a vegetable spoon. Dip a spoon in hot oil and fry until the bakwan comes off. Repeat until all the batter is used. Fry the bakwan until cooked and golden brown. Lift.
- Ready to be served.
