Sate Maranggi Recipe

JTT Maranggi Sate Recipe

I really like watching videos about  traveling , food, culture and people's lives in an area, when everything is combined into an interesting documentary, how comfortable I am watching it for hours in front of a laptop. I'm currently following a documentary from the BBC with host Rick Stein that reviews culinary delights in the Mediterranean region, covering several cities in Greece, Italy, Spain, France, Morocco and many others. Rick Stein who is a chefThis person has broad insight about each culinary that he has tasted so that he is able to explain it nicely and provide information about it. We are taken not only to upscale restaurants but also to restaurants on the roadside, to local people's houses serving a unique dish, to the end of the mountain where a famous restaurant serves a dish that cannot be found in other areas. During the trip we are treated to beautiful natural scenery, beautiful cafes and streets, traditional markets and fish markets , to how the food ingredients are taken from nature and cooked in the kitchen into spectacular dishes. Really, if you have time and you are interested in culinary and travelinglike me, this well-presented documentary by the BBC is worth watching to fill your spare time and gain insight.
