Almond Crispy is a trendy snack in Surabaya and East Java. It can even be found in East Java gift shops. Crispy and delicious make many people smitten. I don't think I'll stop snacking if it's not completely finished. For those who haven't been to Surabaya, make your own crispy almonds, let's go.

Ingredients

  • Low protein flour - 55 grams
  • Corn flour - 35 grams
  • Egg white - 100 grams
  • Vanilla powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Butter - 50 grams
  • Powdered sugar - 100 grams
  • Almond slices for topping - 50 grams
  • Buy ingredients and cooking utensils

  • Combine butter and sugar using a mixer until smooth and pale in color.
  • Add egg whites and vanilla powder. Mix again until smooth.
  • Add low protein flour and cornstarch. Stir until smooth and soft.
  • Prepare a baking sheet that has been lined with folds.
