Crispy Almond Recipe
Almond Crispy is a trendy snack in Surabaya and East Java. It can even be found in East Java gift shops. Crispy and delicious make many people smitten. I don't think I'll stop snacking if it's not completely finished. For those who haven't been to Surabaya, make your own crispy almonds, let's go.
Ingredients
- Low protein flour - 55 grams
- Corn flour - 35 grams
- Egg white - 100 grams
- Vanilla powder - 1/4 tsp
- Butter - 50 grams
- Powdered sugar - 100 grams
- Almond slices for topping - 50 grams

Plans
- Combine butter and sugar using a mixer until smooth and pale in color.
- Add egg whites and vanilla powder. Mix again until smooth.
- Add low protein flour and cornstarch. Stir until smooth and soft.
- Prepare a baking sheet that has been lined with folds.
