Ingredients

  • Cassava tape - 500 grams
  • Granulated sugar - 150 grams
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs - 6 eggs
  • Wheat flour, sifted - 125 grams
  • Powdered milk, sifted - 25 grams
  • Liquid milk - 75 ml
  • Margarine, melted - 100 grams

  • Grated cheese - 50 grams
  • Raisins - 50 grams

Plans

  • Remove the bones from the tape and grind them.
  • Take 1 egg yolk for later use as a spread. Break the rest and shake it off. Set aside.
  • Mix cassava tape, sugar, and salt. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Add the beaten egg. Stir well.
  • Add flour and powdered milk. Stir back.
  • Add milk and melted margarine. Stir well.
  • Prepare a baking sheet (I used 2 20x10x3 cm tins), grease them with margarine and line them with parchment paper.
  • Pour the batter into the pan.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 160-170°C. Take it out.
  • Brush the surface with egg yolk. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and raisins.
  • Bake again for 30-40 minutes until cooked. Take it out and let it cool to cut
  • Ready to be served.
  • 1. Bake the prol tape with a temperature that is not too high so that this cake, which is heavy and dense, can be cooked inside.
