Prol Tape Recipe

Ingredients Cassava tape - 500 grams Granulated sugar - 150 grams Salt - 1/2 tsp Eggs - 6 eggs Wheat flour, sifted - 125 grams Powdered milk, sifted - 25 grams Liquid milk - 75 ml Margarine, melted - 100 grams Sprinkling Ingredients: Grated cheese - 50 grams Raisins - 50 grams See Mother's Recipe Version Plans Remove the bones from the tape and grind them. Take 1 egg yolk for later use as a spread. Break the rest and shake it off. Set aside. Mix cassava tape, sugar, and salt. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add the beaten egg. Stir well. Add flour and powdered milk. Stir back. Add milk and melted margarine. Stir well. Prepare a baking sheet (I used 2 20x10x3 cm tins), grease them with margarine and line them with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the pan. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 160-170°C. Take it out. Brush the surface with egg yolk. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and raisins. Bake again for 30-40 minutes until cooked. Take it out and let it cool to cut Ready to be served. 1. Bake the prol tape with a temperature that is not too high so that this cake, which is heavy and dense, can be cooked inside.
