Ingredients
1 kg tilapia
5 cloves of red onion
3 cloves of garlic
5 grains of candlenut
2 segments turmeric (grilled)
1/2 tbsp brown sugar
5 tbsp sweet soy sauce
3 segments of geprek galangal
3 segments of crushed ginger
3 bay leaves
2 lemongrass stalks
cayenne pepper to taste

How to make
