Ingredients Mushrooms, quartered - 150 grams Ear mushrooms, sliced - 50 grams Red chilies, remove the seeds and then slice obliquely - 2 seeds Cayenne pepper - 6 seeds Mushroom broth - 1/2 tsp Bay leaf, shredded - 3 pieces Citrus leaves, shredded - 4 pieces Instant thick coconut milk - 65 ml Salt - 1/2 tsp Banana leaves for wrapping - to taste Ground spices: Shallots - 4 cloves Garlic - 2 cloves Candlenut, roasted - 2 grains See Mother's Recipe Version Plans Mix the peppers and spices in a bowl. Mix well. Wrap the mixture of ingredients using a banana leaf and then secure the ends with a toothpick. Steam the pepes for 20 minutes over medium heat, until cooked. Ready to be served. 1.
