Ingredients

  • Potatoes, peeled and washed - 500 grams
  • Meat, minced - 300 grams
  • Garlic, fried then puree - 3 cloves
  • Fried onion - 1 tbsp
  • Green onion, sliced ​​- 1 stick
  • Celery, sliced ​​- 3 sticks
  • Salt - 1/4 tbsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Broth powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Right amount of oil

  • Cut the potatoes and fry in hot oil until cooked. Remove and drain, then puree. Set aside.
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil. Saute minced meat with a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until it changes color and is cooked. Remove and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, minced meat, finely fried garlic, fried onions, scallions, celery, salt, pepper, and stock. Stir until the dough is smooth.
  • Heat a lot of oil. While waiting, shape and press the dough into a flat round ball.
  • Dip the cakes one by one into the whipped coating.
  • Fry the cakes in hot oil until cooked and turn brown. Lift and drain.
  • Ready to be served.
  • The amount of meat can be equated with the amount of potatoes to make it taste more delicious.
