Ingredients

  • Carp - 1 kg
  • Lime, take the juice - 1 point
  • Salt, to coat the fish - to taste
  • Sweet soy sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Honey - 5 tbsp
  • Margarine - 2 tbsp
  • Oil, for frying - 2 tbsp
  • Ground spices:
  • Garlic - 5 cloves
  • Ginger - 3 cm
  • Galangal - 4 cm
  • Turmeric - 3 cm
  • Coriander - 2 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Pepper - 1/2 tsp

  • Clean the carp and remove the gills, dirt, and fins. Wash the carp and then coat it with lime juice and salt to taste. Leave it for 10 minutes and then wash it off again. Set aside.
  • Heat the oil. Saute ground spices until fragrant. Turn off the heat then let it cool.
  • In a bowl, mix the ground spices with the sweet soy sauce and honey, then mix well.
  • Take the fish and coat it with the spice mixture until smooth. Store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Prepare the grill / grill. Grill the fish over coals for 30 minutes on both sides. Occasionally spread with margarine. Lift.
