Green Tea Cupcake Recipe
Super simple cake is back boom it's very easy to make. The ingredients are very common and cheap like flour, eggs, and sugar. What happened hits from the cubit cake is the variety of flavors and toppings it has. Call it, greentea flavored cake pinch with a sprinkling of Oreos on top. Especially if the cake is half-baked with the top looking melted and shiny. Hmm , yummy !
Ingredients
- Medium protein flour - 100 grams
- Granulated sugar - 80 grams
- Eggs - 3 eggs
- Margarine, melted - 100 grams
- Green tea powder, dissolved in a little warm water - 1 tsp
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Toppings:
- Oreos, remove the cream and coarsely crush - 1 pack
- Buy ingredients and cooking utensils

- Mix flour and baking powder until smooth. Set aside.
- Beat eggs and sugar until white is fluffy.
- Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture while sifting. Beat with a mixer on low speed until smooth. Turn off the mixer.
- Pour melted margarine and greentea powder. Mix well with a spatula. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
- Heat a cookie cutter pan. Brush lightly with margarine. Use low heat.
- Pour cake batter into molds until 3/4 full. Cover the mold and let it cook. Check occasionally and when small bubbles appear on the surface of the cake, top it with toppings. Cover again and cook briefly until desired doneness. Lift. Do it until the dough runs out.
- Ready to be served.
- 1. Before being mixed into the dough, dissolve the greentea powder with a little warm water so that it blends / doesn't clump.
