Cheese Long Potato Recipe
This is one of my children's favorite recipes, 5 minutes straight away. It's also relatively easy to make, even though sometimes the potato's hands are sore
This Long Potato is the first time I've seen wara-wiri on social media, it says it's happening in malls, even though I've never actually bought it, but reading references here and there, I finally found the right dose.
Oh yeah, for how to make it, I've made a video too, enjoy!
300 gr potatoes
100 gr cornstarch
1 egg
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp broth powder
100 gr grated cheese
1/4 tsp salt
oil for frying
How to make:
- Peel the potatoes, wash them, then cut into pieces and boil until soft.
- once tender, remove the potatoes and drain. Let the steam dissipate.
- after the steam is gone, mash the potatoes, then add the eggs, 30 grams of cornstarch, cheese, and spices. Stir well.
Then add the remaining cornstarch little by little, and stir the dough until it's smooth.
- take a little dough, then screw lengthwise.
- Prepare hot oil, fry the dough until golden yellow.
- drain, and ready to be served with various seasonings and chili sauce!👌
