Mandeln Recipe (German Burnt Sugar Almond)
So with all the mood I have left, I want to update again, It's also a pity that you often visit my blog if it's the same. Your time is important to me! 😊
Actually there are 3 articles that are ready to be published, but I don't know...the default is lazy to publish. So, if you read the runing text above, it's just coming soon but not coming-coming
. , the season for nausea and vomiting.. Hikz
The behavior of pregnant women is weird sometimes, right, now I'm craving for pregnancy, I'm naturally lazy to socialize (that's why I'm a curmudgeon too.. hehe) Seriously, are there pregnant women like me too?
But when shopping online, it still goes on even though it's not social media...wkkkkk (nothing to do..😂). Looking at the default FB timeline or not IG, I immediately want to throw up..(not because there are a lot of funny statuses or photos.. This is serious, don't be offended!😝).
Yes, it's a long rant. This time I want to share my favorite snack in Germany. His name is "Mandeln" which you can't imagine yet, it's a kind of wrapped peanut, so the nuts used are almonds.
Incidentally this month is October. In Germany there is a festival called "Oktoberfest".. Precisely in the city where I once lived, Munich. Well, usually Mandeln is sold a lot at this festival, or not on the streets of Munich every time there is this event (so there this food is also limited, aka not every day).
Back in the 2009s the price of one pack (similar to a package of roasted peanuts in newspaper, in Indonesia) was around 1-2 Euros.
I suddenly want to, but it's not possible to ask my husband to buy it from Germany, like in a Google Map ad... Haha. Just make it yourself, and for pregnant women out there, FYI, these almonds are very good for pregnant women (benefits, etc. can be searched...), enjoy practicing.

Ingredients:
100 g of whole
Almonds 100 g of sugar (can be substituted with honey)
80 ml of water
1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder
Method:
Put in a non-stick pan the water, sugar and cinnamon.
Stir over low-medium heat, until all ingredients are combined, until boiling.
Add almonds, turn up the heat, so that the water can shrink quickly, and the process of turning into caramel is faster. Carefully burn, must continue to stir until it passes through this phase: liquid, thick, more viscous, crystallized. It might take about 10 minutes.
After the water runs out, or the beans become dry and everything is wrapped. Peanuts can be removed and cooled on parchment paper.
After it cools down, you can eat it, or put it in a jar.

German almond recipes You'll love them! When I lived in Germany, I'd often splurge on a packet of warm German almonds roasted in a blend of cinnamon and sugar at the Christmas Market. It was impossible to simply walk past any stand selling them because they smelled SO good. The crunchy, warm, sweet nuts always hit the spot on cold days.
