Daging ayam dan nangka muda bisa kita jadikan bahan utama untuk membuat makanan khas Bali ini menjadi halal di konsumsi.

5. Bebek Bengil

Setelah melewati semua proses tersebut barulah bebek bengil di goreng dengan minyak panas dan membuat warnanya menjadi kecoklatan.
6. Nasi Ayam Kedawetan
Makanan khas Bali yang halal dan wajib di coba saat berkunjung ke Bali selanjutnya yaitu Nasi Ayam Kedawetan. Makanan khas Bali ini berasal dari dari daerah Ubud dimana menyerupai nasi campur yang ada di daerah lain. Nasi Ayam Kedawetan ini akan semakin lezat jika dipadukan dengan sambal matah khas Bali.
7. Tum Bali
Tum Bali merupakan makanan khas Bali yang bentuknya mirip dengan pepes. Di olah dengan cara memasukkan daging ayam atau sapi kedalam daun pisang yang sebelumnya telah dibumbui terlebih dahulu dan kemudian dimasak. Daging sapi atau ayam dicincang terlebih dahulu agar lebih mudah saat dmasukkan kedalam daun pisang.
Cara memasaknya yakni dengan menumis bumbu-bumbu seperti cabai merah, bawang merah, kencur, bawang putih, terasi, garam serta minyak kelapa yang sebelumnya semua bahan bumbu dihaluskan terlebih dahulu. Selanjutnya bumbu yang telah ditumis di campur dengan daging dan kemudian diratakan. Selanjutnya dimasukkan kedalam daun pisang dan kemudian di kukus.
8. Serombotan
Serombotan merupakan makanan khas Bali yang mirip dengan urap yang berbahan utama sayuran. Namun yang membedakan dengan urap pada umumnya yaitu serombotan memakai sayur bayam, kangkung, kacang panjang, buncis, tauge, tempe, terong bulat dan pare. Bumbu yang dipakai pun juga berbeda khas Bali yakni kunyit, kencur, lengkuas dan bumbu kacang pedas.
9. Bubur Mengguh
Bubur Mengguh merupakan variasi bubur ayam yang hanya bisa Anda dapakan di Bali. Sekilas makanan khas Bali satu ini mirip dengan bubur ayam pada umumnya, namun yang membedakan adalah isian dan cara memasaknya berbeda.
