Soy milk ingredients: - 150gr soybeans - 1200ml cooking water - 1 pandan leaf - 1/8 tsp salt How to make soy milk: 1. Soak soybeans overnight or at least 7 hours. Soybeans that have been soaked will be larger and softer. 2. Peel the skin of the soybeans before puree, then separate the epidermis from the soybeans. 3. Puree soybeans using 1200ml of water (2x filter) First use 600ml of water first. The second filter uses 600 ml of water again. 4. Squeeze the soy milk that has been mashed with a clean cloth. Don't use a rag. 5. Cook soy milk over low heat, add pandan leaves and salt. 6. Keep stirring until the soy milk boils, then turn off the stove. If there is foam, you can just throw away the foam 7. I didn't add sugar when I cooked it intentionally, So when I want to serve it, I just give simple syrup/liquid sugar. 8. Serve soy milk warm or cold, according to taste. :) Thanks for watching guys!
