Review: Hanesland Mountain Coffee Java Preanger

Tasting the Heritage of Java Preanger Coffee in a Cup of Hanesland Mountain Coffee

For centuries, coffee has become a close friend of Indonesians. A greeter at the beginning of the day, a friend in his spare time, or a complement before a break, coffee has always been a mandatory dish for most of us.

It's not surprising indeed, its abundant availability in this country makes it easy to find drinks made from robusta and arabica beans--two species of coffee in Indonesia--it's easy to find. In addition to its inviting taste, of course.

Java Preanger at a Glance

Talking about the taste of coffee, that is the name of Java Preanger Coffee as one of the best bean varieties that produces coffee with a strong aroma and distinctive taste.

This is not just a figment. Imported directly in the colonial period in 1696, arabica coffee seeds developed in the Priangan highlands (preanger); the areas of Mount Malabar, Mount Puntang, Mount Patuha, Mount Manglayang, Mount Cikuray, and Mount Papandayan, were able to dominate the world coffee trade until the 19th century. In fact, Europeans even called "a cup of java" to refer to the cup of coffee they enjoy .

From the development of Java Preanger, other types of coffee emerged, which were spread across the archipelago, such as Sumatra, Sulawesi, Bali, and the Timor islands.

Curious about the taste of java preanger? Now, you will not be too difficult to get this type of coffee. The rise of the coffee industry again in the country has opened up space in coffee marketing so that it is no longer strong enough to be controlled by large manufacturers who are already common in the community. It's just that, considering that there are so many products with java preanger labels on offer in the market, you need to be a little selective in choosing so that the coffee product you choose is what you want.

Hanesland Mountain Coffee

This time I had the opportunity to try Hanesland Mountain Coffee , one of the coffee products that you deserve to try.

Derived from Arabica coffee beans of the Sigarutang variety grown at an altitude of 1,400--1,650 MDPL, Hanesland Mountain Coffee has a very strong aroma. You can even prove it before the coffee is served.

For the taste itself, you can get different sensations from the types of preparations offered; There are natural, honey, wine, wash, and semi wash. All have different characteristics. But generally, a little sour sensation plus delicious Arabica steeping gives a delicious after taste and sticks to our tongue.

Serving Suggestions

If you are a coffee connoisseur, you may be familiar with the terms drip, vacuum, espresso, and many other ways of serving coffee today; However, for those of us who don't want to be bothered, a simple presentation known as Kopi Turuk does not at all reduce the taste and aroma of Hanesland Coffee. The aroma of honey from the type of honey or typical fruit juice from natural brews still comes out and is felt. Note, keep the composition of the ratio of coffee grounds and water served. The ratio is one gram of coffee to 15 ml of water.

As for those who like the mix, the presentation of the brewed coffee is perfect if you add a little palm sugar. This combination is guaranteed to make you addicted.

(Hanesland Milled Medium)

Another suggestion for serving with a mixture, you can brew Hanesland Coffee for one cup by pouring just a little water (about 1/3) cup, prepare sweetened condensed, ice, and water, in a medium glass with the volume of the last three ingredients being half of the contents of the glass . Then, pour the brewed coffee into the glass through a sieve and stir! Oh, great! Guaranteed to dare to be tasted with cold milk coffee from famous cafes.
