  • 2 chicken breasts (1/2 kg)
  • 6 onions
  • 5 garlic
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 7 large red chilies 
  • 5 candlenuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder

  • Sugar and salt to taste

  • 4 stalks of fresh lemongrass
  • 1 galangal in thin slices
