Adis Kitchen-style Martabak Tofu Recipe
Assalamualaikum. Hi friends, back again at Adis Kitchen. Today I will share with friends how I make Martabak Tahu in the style of Dapur Adis. So, let's go directly to how to make it. :)
- 1 large white tofu - 2 cloves of red onion - 1 clove of garlic - 1 spring onion - 3 pieces of curly red chili - 1 tsp salt - 1 tsp broth powder - Pepper powder to taste - 1 egg - Spring roll skin to taste - Oil fry for frying and sautéing How to make tofu martabak: 1. Puree the tofu 2. Sauté the onion, garlic, leek stems until fragrant 3. Add the curly red chilies, stir-fry again until fragrant 4. Add the mashed tofu 5. Add salt , broth powder, pepper powder. Then stir evenly 6. Add eggs, stir until cooked thoroughly 7. Add scallions, stir evenly 8. Place the stir-fried tofu on the folded spring roll skin, then spread the egg white to glue 9. After everything is folded, heat the oil and fry the tofu martabak until golden yellow. Be careful scorched :D 10. Once cooked, remove and drain. 11. Tofu martabak can be served while warm for iftar or family snacks. Thanks for watching, friends!
