Adis Kitchen Style Grilled Chicken Recipe



Assalamualaikum. Hi friends, back again at Adis Kitchen. This time I will share with my friends how I make Ayam Bakar with soy sauce in the style of Dapur Adis. So, let's go directly to how to make it. :)

Chicken marinade ingredients: - 1 chicken - 1 lime - salt to taste Fine seasoning ingredients: - 10 cloves of red onion - 4 cloves of garlic - 1 finger of ginger - 1 segment of galangal - 4 pieces of roasted candlenut - 7 pieces of cayenne pepper - 3 pieces of curly red chili - 1 tsp roasted coriander - Water for smoothing spices to taste - 1 tablespoon cooking oil for frying - 2 tablespoons margarine - 2 bay leaves - Salt to taste - Sugar to taste - Pepper powder to taste - 7 tablespoons sweet soy sauce - 1 tsp broth powder - 300ml water Complementary ingredients: - Basil leaves - Tomato - Cucumber How to make soy sauce grilled chicken: 1. Marinate the chicken with lime juice and salt, then mix well. Let stand for 15 - 30 minutes 2. Enter the ground spices, add a little water to make it easy to smooth 3. Heat the oil and margarine then stir-fry the ground spices 4. Enter the sauteed bay leaves 5. Add salt, sugar, pepper, and sweet soy sauce, mix evenly 6. Add stock powder, mix well 7. Add in the marinated chicken, mix well 8. Add water, cook until the spices are absorbed and the water recedes 9. After the water has receded, remove from heat. chicken then use the spices to spread the grilled chicken 10. Heat the grill pan, give enough margarine. 11. Grill the chicken until the desired doneness, while basting the seasoning used for the chicken ungkepan. 12. Serve grilled chicken with hot rice, basil leaves, cucumber, tomatoes and a sprinkling of fried onions. Or it can be according to taste. Thanks for watching, friends!
