Review: Delito Pasta Sauce Bolognese Powder

I'm just picking spaghetti because the stock at home is running out, I accidentally saw a small red package next to the pasta rack. At first I thought these were instant broths, because the packaging was really small for the size of a pasta sauce, and it's also very thin, like today's smartphone models .

It turns out that it's one of the new innovations in pasta sauce, whether in Italy it was originally there or not, is there something like this . That's good, so there are lots of choices, usually pasta sauce is packaged in a glass bottle, maybe because it's complicated, there are also plastic wrappers, and maybe it's still considered complicated so they make a satan wrap like instant broth. Well, here it is... If you look at the picture, the pasta is already very tempting, isn't it. The size of the Delito sauce packaging is very responsive, fits in the back pocket of jeans.. Hehe because the dimensions are indeed small and quite thin (haha, the techno blogger's words are starting to come out... Hehe).

When he took it out there were two more packages inside. I think you should make two servings according to the package directions. Turns out it was made up of two different spices.

The two packages consist of spices and the other is a complementary ingredient such as vegetables. It's really like instant pasta, only this doesn't include pasta. Because I chose the Bolognese flavor (there are other flavors as well). So in it there is a definite red seasoning that will be the Bolognese sauce and the second complementary seasoning consisting of minced meat + dried carrots.

I'm really curious what this powdered pasta sauce will turn out to be.. Hehe, there's also a way to cook it on the packaging because one-of-a-kind, you'll just sprinkle it directly on top of the pasta 😂(hmm.. But if you're looking for something fast, I had an idea like this too ..) but it's cooked like normal.

The way to make it is actually simpler than making liquid instant pasta such as La Fonte , and of course even simpler than making your own bolognese sauce, starting with making tomato paste, etc... Hehe

I made it according to the instructions, first boil the water, then add the spices- seasoning, and stir until thickened. The abis is drizzled over the pasta, and you're done. Unfortunately, the results aren't like the ones on the product cover.. Hikz, even though I made them according to the procedures and measurements.. Here are my results:

The gravy is too runny in my opinion, and the complementary ingredients still look really instant. And even if you stir it, the color won't look like it's been covered with tomato sauce, because it's really runny. Is it really good to just sow it right away?

In terms of taste, I like the dominant tomato aroma. Even though when you taste it, the authentic taste of the bolognese is still lacking, maybe because the texture is not creamy. So, in terms of practicality, it's really a winner, the price is also cheap, around 6 thousand, and for other aspects I can give an assessment:
