Mercon chicken meatball ingredients:
- 250gr boneless chicken meat
- 20gr ice cubes
- 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 egg white
- 50gr starch
- 1 tbsp wheat flour
- 20 coarse ground chili


Ingredients Fireball meatball sauce
- 1.5 liters of water
- 300gr chicken bones
- 1 onion
- 1 celery stick
- 1 carrot
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 finger ginger
- Pepper, salt, sugar to taste

How to Make Mercon Chicken Meatballs:
1. Combine chicken, ice cubes, salt, sugar, pepper, garlic, egg white in a food processor, puree.
2. Once smooth, add the cornstarch and flour. Refine.
3. Put into a container, stir until evenly distributed.
4. After the meatball dough is flat, add the cayenne pepper into the meatball mixture and round it.
5. Boil the meatballs in boiling water, then reduce the heat to the stove. Boil until it floats.
6. After floating drain the meatballs.

How to make firecracker chicken meatball sauce:
1. Enter 1.5 liters of water. Add the chicken bones.
2. Add the onions, garlic, carrots, celery, ginger and bay leaves
3. Add the salt, sugar and pepper
4. Stir well, turn on the stove over low heat until it boils, and until the water recedes to 1 liter.
5. Serve the meatballs using vermicelli, noodles, mustard greens, bean sprouts or according to taste.
