INGREDIENTS :
- 500 grams of lungs
- 1 liter of clean water
- 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
- 250 grams of potatoes, cut into squares

- Saute ground spices with galangal, ginger and bay leaves until fragrant. Pour the broth. Enter the lungs and potatoes, once cooked, sprinkle with spring onions.
- Serve hot for 6 servings.

INGREDIENTS :

INGREDIENTS :
- 450 grams of fresh mackerel
- 1 tsp lemon juice to remove the fishy smell
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 cloves of finely sliced red onion
- 3 cloves of garlic finely sliced
- 3 green chilies, sliced oblique
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cm galangal, bruised
- 5 star fruit vegetables (Starfruit Wuluh), cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp tauco/taoco
- 150 ml broth
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- Cooking oil
- Soak mackerel in lemon juice and salt. Let stand 15 minutes then fry the fish until dry and cooked.
- Sauté the shallots, garlic, green chilies, bay leaf, and galangal until they are fragrant. Enter the tacos. Stir until cooked, then add the broth and starfruit.
- After the starfruit wilts, add the mackerel. Stir until the fried fish is coated with spices and then add the sweet soy sauce. Cook in a pan over low heat until the gravy becomes thick.
- Serve on a serving plate for 4 servings.

INGREDIENTS :
- 200 grams of mushroom, cut into 2 parts
- 2 Oyong, cut into pieces
- 100 grams peeled prawns
- 100 ml broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 clove of red onion
- Saute the sliced spices until wilted. Add peeled prawns. Stir until the prawns change color.
- Add the vegetables. Stir until half wilted then pour the broth. Season with soy sauce, salt, pepper. Let it sit for a while then add the mushrooms. Thicken the gravy with cornstarch dissolved in a little clean water.
