Tofu Martabak Recipe
Martabak tofu is one of the most popular snacks, which has a delicious and savory taste. Crispy texture on the outer skin also adds to the plus value of this food. Besides being delicious, the way to make tofu martabak is also quite practical. After being mashed, just add tofu with complementary ingredients such as scallions and minced meat. You can also add chopped cayenne pepper if you like it spicy. Before being wrapped in martabak skin, you can taste the contents of the martabak first and correct the taste. When it is wrapped in skin, martabak should be fried immediately. If left too long, the skin can get wet and tear. Fry the tofu martabak with a lot of oil so that it can be cooked to the inside.
