Bird's Nest Tofu Recipe
Tofu can be processed into unique dishes, you know . Like knowing this bird's nest. Only with the addition of quail eggs, even tofu looks like a bird's nest. Unique, yes! Suitable for children's lunch to be healthier and more nutritious.
Ingredients
- White tofu, puree - 5 pieces
- Carrots, grated / chopped - 2 pieces
- Green onion, finely sliced - 1 stick
- Quail eggs, peeled - 20 eggs
- Eggs, beaten - 1 egg
- Garlic, puree - 4 cloves
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Mushroom broth - 1/2 tsp
- Oil for frying - to taste
- Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils
Plans
- Mix all ingredients, except quail eggs, beaten eggs and oil.
- Put the dough in the mold, add quail eggs on top.
- Steam the dough for 15 minutes, remove and cool.
- Dip tofu in beaten egg, fry until golden brown. Serve.
- 1. Wrap the lid of the steamer with a clean cloth/napkin so that water does not drip into the dough.
