Tofu Egg Curry Recipe

- Diluted coconut milk - 400 ml
- Thick coconut milk - 100 ml
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Broth powder - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Cooking oil - 3 tbsp
- Fried onion - 1 tsp
- Ground spices:
- Shallots - 5 cloves
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Coriander - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin - 1/4 tsp
- Big red chili - 1 piece
- Candlenut - 3 grains
- Turmeric - 2 cm

- Heat oil, saute ground spices, salam, galangal, lime leaves, until fragrant.
