Teriyaki Tempe Recipe

Ingredients
- Tempeh, 2 boards - 300 grams
- Onion, sliced wide - 1/2 pieces
- Garlic, chopped - 4 cloves
- Red chilies, sliced oblique - 3 pieces
- Sweet soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Teriyaki sauce - 2 tbsp
- Spring onions, chopped - 2 sprigs
- Salt to taste
- Sugar - to taste
- Roasted sesame seeds, for sprinkling - to taste

Plans
- Cut the tempe into small pieces lengthwise then fry half cooked. Lift and drain.
- Saute garlic, onions and red chilies until fragrant. Add tempeh mix well.
- Add sweet soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, salt and sugar. Cook until the spices are absorbed, correct the taste and then remove.
- Serve with a sprinkling of toasted sesame seeds and sliced scallions.
