  • Stuffing:
  • Ground chicken - 250 grams
  • Egg - 1 egg
  • Flour - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Broth powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Nutmeg powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Complementary:
  • Ear mushrooms, thinly sliced ​​- 50 grams
  • Carrot, shaved - 1 piece
  • Sweet corn, comb - 1 piece
  • Peas - 50 grams
  • Sausage, cut into 5 parts - 1 piece
  • Broth:
  • Shallots - 4 grains
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Green onions, cut into pieces - 1 sprig
  • Nutmeg powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Water - 1 liter
  • Chicken bones - to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Broth powder - to taste

  • Skin: Mix all skin ingredients, then thin omelette in Teflon. Do it until it runs out, set aside.
  • Stuffing: Mix ground chicken with eggs, flour and spices, mix well.
  • Boil water and chicken bones. Puree the red and white onions, then saute until fragrant. After that, add the stir-fried spices into the bone-boiling water.
  • Season the sauce with nutmeg, pepper, salt, sugar and powdered stock according to taste. Wait until it boils, add the sliced ​​spring onions and mix well. Turn off the fire.
  • Take an omelet, then arrange the sausage and vegetables on it. Add 2 tablespoons of ground chicken over the vegetables. Then wrap it by folding the edges of the omelette until the filling is wrapped in the omelette. Steam for 30 minutes until cooked.
  • Take 1 piece of steamed omelet wrapped chicken, cut the top of the omelette into 6 unbroken parts. Then open the omelette that has been split into a sunflower.
  • Place it in a bowl, then flush with the gravy. Serve warm.
