Ingredients

  • Chicken Wings - 6 Pieces
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander - 1 tsp
  • Water - 150 ml
  • Cheese sauce, for garnish - to taste
  • Seasoning Sauce:
  • Garlic puree - 2 cloves
  • BBQ sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Chili sauce - 4 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Honey - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp

Plans

  • Wash the chicken wings and cut each into 2 parts.
  • In a bowl, mix the finely chopped garlic, pepper, salt and coriander until smooth.
  • Enter the wings and mix with the above spices while kneading.
  • Prepare the pan. Pour in the water and add the seasoned wings. Stir well then cook / ungkep until the water shrinks and runs out. Turn off the fire and lift.
  • In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients together.
  • Place the wings in a bowl of sauce. Stir well until all parts are coated.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan or Teflon. Bake the wings over low heat until they are brown and look dry. Lift.
  • Ready to be served with cheese sauce as a complement.
  • 1. If you want it spicier, you can add chili powder, paprika powder, or dried chili flakes in the sauce seasoning.
