Ingredients

  • Sausages - 10 pieces
  • Dry curly noodles - 2 packs
  • All-purpose flour - 100 grams
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Skewers - 10 pieces
  • Water, to thin the flour - to taste
  • Complementary:
  • Chili sauce - to taste
  • Mayonnaise - to taste
  • Buy ingredients and cooking utensils

  • Crush the dry noodles with your hands until they are crumbly, then place them on a plate.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, salt and pepper. Add enough water by pouring little by little stir until smooth. The texture of the dough must be thick so that the noodles can stick.
  • Pierce the sausage with a skewer, then dip into the flour mixture. After that, roll it into the crumbled dry noodles. Press with your hands so that the dough sticks perfectly. Do it until the dough runs out.
