Ingredients

  • Leunca, washed - 250 grams
  • Oncom, cut into pieces then fried and coarsely pulverized - 200 grams
  • Scallion, sliced ​​oblique - 1 stick
  • Basil leaves - 1 handful
  • Tomato, diced - 1/2 grain
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp

  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Kencur - 3 cm
  • Shrimp, fried - 1 tsp

Plans

  • Stir-fry the spices until fragrant.
