Recipe For Sauteed Oncom Leunca (ulukutek Leunca)

Ingredients Leunca, washed - 250 grams Oncom, cut into pieces then fried and coarsely pulverized - 200 grams Scallion, sliced oblique - 1 stick Basil leaves - 1 handful Tomato, diced - 1/2 grain Bay leaf - 2 pieces Salt - 1 tsp Sugar - 1 tsp Ground spices: Shallots - 5 cloves Garlic - 3 cloves Kencur - 3 cm Shrimp, fried - 1 tsp Cayenne pepper - 3 pieces See Mother's Recipe Version Plans Stir-fry the spices until fragrant. Add the tomatoes and bay leaf. Cook until the tomatoes are cooked. Add oncom and water, mix well. Cook until the water is absorbed. Add leunca, salt, and sugar. Stir well. Finally, add the basil and scallions. Stir briefly. Lift. Ready to be served. Fry the oncom for a while so it's not too dry.
