Pempek Lenggang Recipe
Pempek lenggang is actually a variation of the presentation of pempek lenjer. Whisk eggs mixed with slices pempek lenjer then fried like an omelet. Next, pempek is served with cucumber slices, yellow noodles, and cuko sauce .
Ingredients
- Pempek lenjer - 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 3 eggs
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Cucumber, small slices - 1 piece
- Cuko sauce - 150 ml

- Cut the pempek lenjer into rounds like thick coins. Set aside.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the salt. Enter the pieces of pempek lenjer into it and mix well.
- Heat the oil in a flat skillet. Pour the batter and fry like making an omelet. Fry until cooked on both sides. Lift.
- Ready to be served with sliced cucumber and cuko sauce.
