Ogura Pandan Cake Recipe

- Good quality cooking oil - 70 ml
- Liquid milk - 75 ml
- Egg yolk - 5 eggs
- Whole egg - 1 egg
- Pandan paste - 1 tsp
- Low protein flour - 65 grams
- Maizena - 15 grams
- Material B:
- Egg white - 5 eggs
- Granulated sugar - 90 grams
- Cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp

- Preheat the oven. Grease a 18 x 18 cm square tin that has been lined with parchment paper and the outside of the pan has been covered with aluminum foil.
- Mix all ingredients A except flour and cornstarch, stir until thick and perfectly blended. Add the sifted flour and cornstarch little by little until well blended. Set aside.

- Oven with au bain marie technique at 160°C for 50 minutes on lower heat, then 10 minutes on top heat.
