Ingredients

  • Medium protein flour - 250 grams
  • Granulated sugar - 100 grams
  • Margarine - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 egg
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Pink coloring - to taste
  • Prickly Dough:
  • Instant yeast - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 2 tsp
  • Warm water - 2 tbsp
  • Buy ingredients and cooking utensils

  • Mix the starter mixture, instant yeast, sugar and warm water. Stir until smooth, let stand 10 minutes until foamy.
  • Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, margarine, mix well. Add eggs and water and mix until smooth.
  • Enter the starter mixture into the flour mixture, knead the dough until smooth. Let the dough rest for 2 hours until it rises.
  • After the dough has risen, take a little dough, give pink coloring, knead until well blended.
  • Roll out the pink dough then place the white dough on it. Roll the pink dough so that it covers the white dough.
  • Cut the dough with your fingers, then let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • Steam the dough for 15 minutes over high heat until cooked.
