Fried Tofu Sambal Recipe

Ingredients
- White tofu - 3 pieces
- Garlic, minced - 1 clove
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Enough water

- Big red chili - 5 pieces
- Cayenne pepper - 10 pieces
- Shallots - 5 grains
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Terasi - 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste

- Cut the tofu into small squares, then soak briefly with enough water that has been given finely chopped garlic and 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Fry tofu until cooked, remove and drain.
- Puree red chilies, cayenne pepper, shallots, garlic, tomatoes and shrimp paste.
- Saute ground spices, add salt and sugar to taste. Cook until the chili is cooked and fragrant. Then add fried tofu, mix well.
- Cook until all the tofu is covered with chili sauce, remove and serve.
