Ingredients Skin: Eggs - 4 eggs Wheat flour - 2 tbsp Water - 3 tbsp Salt - 1/4 tsp Rolade: Mackerel meat - 400 grams Sago flour - 150 grams Ice cubes - 100 grams Carrots, cut into small cubes - 100 grams Onions, chopped - 1/2 pieces Garlic, puree - 3 cloves Egg white - 1 egg Salt - 1 tsp Sugar - 1 tsp Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Aluminum foil or plastic wrap - to taste Right amount of oil Roll Sauce: Garlic, chopped - 2 cloves Onion, sliced - 1 piece Peas - 50 grams Tomato sauce - 6 tbsp Chili sauce - 4 tbsp Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Sugar - 1 tsp Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp Cornstarch, dissolve a little water - 1 tbsp Water - 200 ml Oil, for frying - to taste Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils Plans 1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until smooth. 1. Puree the mackerel meat in a blender / food processor with ice cubes and salt. 1. Heat some oil.
