Egg Macaroni Recipe (machlor)
This roadside snack is indeed a trend everywhere. It tastes so savory and delicious. Plus the price is also cheap. However, be careful if you snack on the side of the road. Various bacteria can settle in your food and cause various diseases. Therefore, instead of ending up with a stomach ache, let's make your own maclor or egg macaroni at home. The method is so easy, everyone can make a macro.
Ingredients
- Macaroni - 200 grams
- Chicken eggs - 2 eggs
- Quail eggs - 12 eggs
- Celery, cut into small pieces - 1 strand
- Large red chilies, seeds removed, cut into small pieces - 2 pieces
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Margarine & enough to spread the mold - 2 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp

- Bring the water to a boil, add 1/2 tsp of salt, then boil the macaroni until soft.
- Once tender, remove and then add margarine, mix well and let the hot steam disappear.
- Beat the eggs, pepper and 1/2 tsp salt until the spices blend together then combine with the macaroni, red chilies and celery leaves, mix well.
- Heat the covered mold, spread with margarine, cook the macaroni in the mold, cook with the lid closed, leave until half cooked then add the quail eggs one by one then cook with the lid back on until the quail eggs and the bottom of the macaroni are cooked. Serve.
- 1. Use medium heat and the mold with a lid so that the results are good and perfectly cooked.
