Ingredients

  • Glutinous rice - 250 grams
  • Durian flesh and seeds - 800 grams
  • Brown sugar - 80 grams
  • Granulated sugar - 100 grams
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Pandan leaves - 2 pieces
  • Coconut milk - 1 liter

  • Soak glutinous rice for 2 hours, steam until cooked for 30 minutes, set aside.
  • Kolak Durian: Boil coconut milk with brown sugar, sugar, salt, pandan leaves until it boils while stirring occasionally so that the coconut milk doesn't break.
