Dragon Fruit Pudding Recipe
Any fresh fruit is suitable when combined with agar. Especially if the fruit is attractive and striking like a red dragon fruit. But if this fruit is processed incorrectly, it will sometimes give a bitter taste. Check out the following processing tips.
Ingredients
- Agar powder plain (without color) - 1 pack (7 grams)
- Jelly powder plain - 2 tsp
- Red dragon fruit - 200 grams
- Boiled water - 800 ml
- Granulated sugar - 110 grams
- Basil, soak until blooming - 2 tsp
- Lime juice - 2 tsp

- Blend dragon fruit with 50 ml of water. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, add the powdered jelly and jelly, sugar and 750 ml of water. Stir well. Turn on the heat and cook on medium heat. Stir occasionally and let it simmer. Turn off the fire.
- Pour dragon fruit juice, basil, and lime juice. Stir well.
- Prepare the mold. Rinse with water beforehand.
- Pour the pudding mixture into the mold. Allow to cool and harden.
- Ready to be served.
- The mold is rinsed with water so that the hardened pudding can be removed more easily.
