Crab Corn Soup Recipe
This soft and super savory crab meat is indeed suitable for making soup. To make it interesting and textured, you can add various vegetables such as carrots, corn, and tomatoes.
Ingredients
- Crab meat - 250 grams
- Corn shells - 250 grams
- Carrots, diced small - 150 grams
- Red tomatoes, diced small - 1 piece
- Onion, diced small - 1 clove
- Garlic, finely chopped - 4 cloves
- Green onion, finely sliced - 1 stick
- Celery leaves, finely chopped - 1 stalk
- Eggs, beaten - 1 egg
- Salt - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Nutmeg powder - 1/2 tsp
- Broth powder - 1 tsp
- Maizena, dissolved in 2 tbsp water - 2 tbsp
- Margarine - 1 tbsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Water - 1 liter
- Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils

- Heat margarine and oil. Saute garlic and onions until fragrant.
- Add corn, carrots, ground pepper and nutmeg powder. Stir well and continue to saute for 5 minutes.
- Pouring water. Stir well and cook until boiling.
- Add tomatoes, crab meat, and beaten eggs. Stir well.
- Season with salt, sugar and powdered stock. Mix well and then adjust the taste.
- Add the onions and celery. Stir well.
