Chicken Stew Recipe
Ingredients
- Chicken - 1 tail
- Bay leaf - 4 pieces
- Galangal - 1 segment
- Ginger - 1 segment

- Wash the chicken and cut it into 8 parts. Set aside.
- Saute ground spices with bay leaves, galangal, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg powder until fragrant.
