  • Chicken - 900 grams

  • Basil leaves - 1 handful

  • Ground spices:
  • Big red chili - 45 grams
  • Red cayenne pepper - 5 pieces
  • Curly red chili - 30 grams
  • Roasted pecan - 4 grains
  • Pepper - 1/2 tsp

  • Marinate chicken with lime juice and salt for 30-45 minutes.
