  • Liquid milk - 500 ml

  • Garlic, finely chopped - 5 pieces
  • Tomato large size, diced - 1 piece
  • Ginger, crushed - 3 cm
  • Lemongrass, crushed - 2 sticks
  • Curry powder - 2 tbsp
  • Chilli powder - 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt - 3 tbsp
  • Large green chilies, cut into 2 - 4 pieces
  • Salt - 1 tbsp
  • Chicken/mushroom stock - 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee / butter - 3 tbsp

  • Cinnamon - 2 pieces
  • Cloves - 10 pieces
  • Cardamom - 10 pieces
  • Lawang flowers - 5 pieces

  • Pickled cucumber and carrot - to taste
