Ingredients

  • Chicken eggs - 5 eggs
  • Granulated sugar - 100 grams
  • Emulsifier - 10 grams
  • Wheat flour - 80 grams
  • Corn flour - 10 grams
  • Powdered milk - 10 grams
  • Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Margarine, melted - 100 grams
  • Chocolate paste - 1 tsp

  • Prepare a baking sheet and line the bottom with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 170°C and set aside.
  • Mix eggs, sugar, and emulsifier on medium speed for 2 minutes until thick and turns white in color.
  • Sift the flour, cornstarch, milk powder, and baking powder, while being included in the egg mixture above.
  • Mix the dough again on medium speed for 5 minutes until light fluffy.
  • Pour melted margarine. Continue the mixer on low speed for 30 seconds until the mixture is well combined. Stir again with a spatula if it's still not smooth.
  • Take 200 grams of dough and transfer it in a different container. Add the chocolate paste and stir again until smooth.
  • Prepare the pan. Take 2 tablespoons of white dough and pour it into the middle of the pan. Take 1 tablespoon of the chocolate mixture and pour it into the middle of the white mixture. Keep repeating this step, alternately pouring the white and brown mixture until it runs out.
  • Bake the cake for 30 minutes until done. Put it out of the oven and let it chill. Remove the cake from the tin and cut into pieces.
  • Ready to be served.
  • 1. Emulsifier used is SP or TBM.
