Tilapia Fish Curry Recipe

- Medium sized tilapia - 4 tails
- Lime juice - 1 tbsp
- Green onion, coarsely chopped - 1 stick

- Salt - 3/4 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp

- Ground spices:
- Shallots - 6 grains
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Coriander, roasted - 1 tsp
- Candlenut - 2 grains
- Ginger - 1 cm
- Turmeric - 3 cm
- Complementary Seasonings:
- Galangal, bruised - 2 cm
- Lemongrass, bruised - 1 stick
- Citrus leaves, bone removed - 3 pieces
- Turmeric leaves, conclude - 1 sheet
