Teflon Peanut Chocolate Sweet Martabak Recipe

teflon peanut chocolate sweet martabak recipe

Sweet martabak is believed to have come from Bangka Belitung which originally had the name Hok Lo Pan. Therefore, many street vendors sell sweet martabak under the name 'martabak Bangka' because it seems more familiar among the people. This sweet martabak is made from wheat flour, eggs, butter, sugar, and a sprinkling of various toppings such as meses, cheese, sweetened condensed milk, peanuts, and sesame. This sweet martabak is best eaten in groups because the portions are large and very filling. In addition to sweet martabak, there is also a savory martabak which we are more familiar with by the name of egg martabak. Well, instead of buying egg martabak outside, it's better to try to make it yourself so you can better control the amount of oil and butter used.
