Ingredients Chicken feet - 20 pieces Salt - 1/2 tsp Bay leaf - 3 pieces Water for boiling - 1.5 liters Sweet soy sauce - 1 tsp Citrus leaves, remove the bones, slice obliquely - 4 pieces Oil for frying - to taste Water - 100 ml Ground spices: Shallots - 5 grains Garlic - 3 cloves Kencur - 2 cm Red chilies, seeds removed - 2 pieces Red bird's eye chili, according to taste - 5 pieces Salt - 1/2 tsp Broth powder - 1/2 tsp Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils Plans Boil the claws with salt and bay leaf for 45-60 minutes until tender. Discard the water and drain. Heat the oil. Add the claws and stir-fry until the claws are slightly crusty. Add ground spices and sweet soy sauce. Cook until fragrant. Pouring water.
