Ingredients

  • Chicken breast, diced - 250 grams
  • Carrots - 2 pieces
  • Sausages - 6 pieces
  • Peas - 100 grams
  • Garlic, finely chopped - 4 cloves
  • Onion, thinly sliced ​​- 1/2 piece
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Nutmeg powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Chicken broth - 1 liter
  • Margarine, for sauteing - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Cornstarch, dilute with a little water - 1 tsp
  • Tomato sauce:
  • Tomatoes - 5 pieces
  • Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp

  • Tomato sauce: Boil tomatoes until soft, then peel off the skin. Blend the tomatoes until smooth, then strain. Set aside.
  • Sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant, then add the chopped chicken. Saute until the chicken changes color.
  • Add the broth, then add the chopped carrots. Add tomato sauce, salt, sugar, pepper and nutmeg, mix well.
  • After the carrots are tender, add the sausage and peas, wait for it to boil then add the cornstarch solution, mix well, remove from heat.
