Recipe For Oseng Tofu Tempeh Soy Sauce

Ingredients
- Tofu - 150 grams
- Tempe - 150 grams
- Large red chilies, sliced oblique - 3 pieces
- Large green chilies, sliced oblique - 3 pieces
- Shallots, thinly sliced - 5 grains
- Garlic, thinly sliced - 3 cloves
- Laos, crushed - 3 cm
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Sweet soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce - 2 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Sugar - 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Water - to taste
- Cooking oil, for frying - to taste

- Cut the tempeh and tofu into cubes, then soak them in salted water. Leave it for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, fry the tofu and tempeh until they change color. Drain well.
- Saute onion and garlic. Add laos, bay leaf, big red chili, big green chili.
- Add the oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, ground pepper, sugar and salt. Stir until smooth, then add 25 ml of boiling water.
- Add tofu and tempeh, fry again until all the spices are well mixed and absorbed. Taste correction, ready to serve.
