Padang Soy Sauce Chicken Recipe

- Chicken - 500 grams
- Water - 300 ml
- Sweet soy sauce - 3 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp

- Ground spices:
- Shallots - 5 pieces
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp

- Shallots - 6 pieces
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Onion - 1/2 piece
- Big red chili - 3 pieces
- Cayenne pepper - 5 pieces

- Clean the chicken and then cut into pieces according to taste.
