Oyster Sauce Squid Recipe
Ingredients
- Squid, remove the ink and clean - 300 grams
- Shallots, sliced - 4 cloves
- Garlic, sliced - 3 cloves

- Wash the squid and cut it according to your taste. Add salt and lime juice. Leave it for 15 minutes. Then rinse.
